The Girls Club turned out to be a wonderful meeting spot for February, so we’ve decided to do that again for March!
March Gathering Details:
Date: Wednesday, March 5, 2025
Time: 5:00 – 7:00 pm
Location: Behind the Girls’ Club / Yosemite Valley Library*
*Note: March 5 sunset is just before 6pm, so we are going to have some time to explore outside before it gets dark! (Hooray!) If the weather cooperates, we will meet at the picnic tables in the small courtyard behind the library, and spend the first part of the meeting outside exploring Cooks Meadow.
What to Expect:
The days are getting longer, and we are back to having a bit of sunlight during the first part of our meeting time! (Sunset will be at 5:56 pm on Mar. 5).
Bring:
- Something to write with and on. I’ll try to have some extra stuff if you forget, but a bit of printer paper and a pen or pencil also works!
- Flashlight/Headlamp. A bit of extra light will let you extend the outdoor exploration part of the gathering if desired.
- Your Curiosity and Wonder. There is already so much going on in Yosemite Valley as ‘winter’ (what we’ve had of it) crests into spring. I’m looking forward to discovering all the signs of changing seasons.
